Q: Do you have a medical director?
A: Yes! Chantel is a licensed Esthetician with certifications in many lasers and Aesthetic machines. Chantel's Aesthetic procedures are overseen by Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Jennifer Graham, who also practices in office!
Q: Can I shave?
A: Yes! And please shave at least 24 hours before, as we want the laser to be able to get down to the follicle root..
Q: When will I see results and how long do they last?
A: 6-10 treatments are standard to target all the hair in the right growth stage to become permanently removed. Many see reduction and shave much less after the first treatment. Remember everyone is different, with different hair types, genetics, hormones, and age. You may have a few hairs come in over time and we can address a touch-up if this occurs.
Q: Does it hurt?
A: We want you to feel warmth with a little "tugging" sensation. We do not want it to be painful, however if hair is fine, we may need to raise energy that may cause temporary discomfort.
Q: can I tan?
A: Yes, however, if you want the best laser absorption, we need the hair follicle to be darker than the skin.
Q: Does it treat blonde or red hair?
A: The Soprano Ice is known for being able to treat lighter hair, including red. We have had great results with red, however, if hair is lighter than skin, the laser will have a hard time finding the target.
Q: How does pricing work?
A: We have separated the prices into areas such as back, full legs or half legs etc.. This is based on how much energy (pulses) needed for each area.
We offer prices per treatment, but you save and are ensured results when you purchase a package.
Q: Do you take split payments?
A: Yes we offer we split payments on package.
